Mid-Atlantic Cheer Championships Wildwoods Convention Center. Performances will be choreographed to music and sound effects, and winning teams will be awarded prizes. Admission fee will be charged at the door: Adult one day $34.88, two day $62.15 and child one day $23.97, two day $40.33. Purse Bingo The Rotary Club of Wildwood is sponsoring Purse Bingo at the Wildwoods Convention Center, so come enjoy a fun night with friends! $35 donation includes 15 games (including specials), water, veggies, crackers and cheese. Additional cards and daubers will be available for purchase along with a cash bar, door prizes, and a 50/50. Concession stand on site (no outside food & beverage permitted). Doors open at 5:30 p.m.; Bingo starts at 7 p.m. All proceeds will fund community programs. |

NAACP Cape May County Annual Freedom Fund Gala You are cordially invited to attend the Cape May County NAACP’s 3rd Annual Freedom Fund Gala (fundraiser) on March 11, 2023, at The Wildwoods Convention Center. The event will begin with cocktails at 5 p.m. A ticket to this wonderful fundraising event is $150 per person and includes a dinner program and dancing. A silent auction will also be held. We have the pleasure of honoring the following individuals at our event: Capt. Warren D. St. Patrick’s Day Celebration & Parade A Catholic Mass service will take place at St. Ann Church of Notre Dame La Mer Parish at 10:00 a.m. The ceremony will begin on the front steps of North Wildwood City Hall, 9th & Atlantic Avenue, in North Wildwood beginning at 12:00 p.m. A festive parade will begin at the conclusion of the ceremony and proceeds north on Atlantic Avenue to Olde NJ Avenue. Participants include VFW Color Guard, Vietnam Veterans of America, Ancient Order of Hibernians, Irish Pipe Brigade, Emerald Society, Miss North Wildwood, Queen Oceania, Anglesea Irish Society, Sheriff Mounted Patrol, local school bands, and much more! Girl Scouts ‘Passport Around the World’ Girl Scouts will present displays for countries around the world at the Wildwoods Convention Center from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Travel from table to table and experience activities from different countries such as crafts, games, songs, traditions, foods, beverages, tours or displays. Special Olympics NJ Spring Basketball Competitions Held at the Wildwoods Convention Center and other locations throughout the Wildwoods, including the Crest Pier Recreation Center, Wildwood High School, Wildwood Catholic Academy, North Wildwood Community Center, and the Byrne Community Center.
